About Claritas Therpay

Meet Pam Guthrie-Fleming

Pam Guthrie-Fleming is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. She provides support to women navigating chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions through compassionate, trauma-informed online therapy.

Pam’s interest in counselling began in childhood, but at the time, the field’s focus on “fixing” thoughts and feelings felt limiting. It wasn’t until the profession evolved—shifting toward strength-based, whole-person approaches—that she felt called to enter the field. Today, her work integrates both mind and body, using evidence-based cognitive and somatic therapies to help clients reconnect with their inner strength.

Pam is deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and supported. She sees herself as a guide, walking alongside each woman on her healing journey, rather than dictating the path. Together, she and her clients develop flexible, personalized therapy plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

With a background in massage therapy and business, Pam brings a holistic lens to her work—recognizing the deep connection between emotional health and physical well-being.

Clients can access Pam’s services through secure, online sessions from the comfort of their homes. She currently offers therapy on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between noon and 7 PM (Saskatchewan time).
