Personalized Therapy for Women
At Claritas Therapy, we offer individual counselling services designed to support women navigating emotional, physical, and life challenges. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. We offer both online therapy across western Canada and in-person appointments in Saskatoon, giving you the flexibility to choose the format that works best for your life.

What to Expect
Each session is 50 minutes long and takes place either securely online or in-person at our Saskatoon location. Our first meeting is about getting to know you—your goals, challenges, and what support feels like for you. From there, we’ll work together to move at your pace and in a direction that feels meaningful and manageable.
Pam draws from evidence-based cognitive and somatic therapies, integrating the mind-body connection to help you understand and regulate your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system.
Booking & Availability
Pam is available for sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 12 PM and 7 PM (Saskatchewan time).
