What Therapy Looks Like

Every woman’s story is different—and so is every session. In therapy with Pam, the process starts with a conversation: What’s weighing on you? What kind of support do you need right now? From there, you’ll build a plan together that honours your pace and priorities.

Pam uses a blend of somatic therapy and cognitive techniques to help calm the nervous system, process emotional pain, and develop new patterns that bring more peace into everyday life.

Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted over a secure video platform that’s simple to use, even if you’re new to virtual therapy.
